Privacy Policy – WhatsApp-Odoo Integration (Geriatree / Codevia)

This Privacy Policy explains how Daniel Quezada Bermúdez (legal entity, doing business as “Codevia”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you use our WhatsApp-Odoo Integration (“the Service”).

2. Data We Collect

  • User-provided data: name, email, WhatsApp phone number, credentials required to connect Odoo / WhatsApp Business.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, device identifiers, logs, system version, usage statistics.
  • Meta / WhatsApp User Data: information accessible via Meta APIs, such as profile info or message metadata, strictly to enable the integration.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use the data to:

  • Provide and operate the WhatsApp-Odoo integration.
  • Authenticate and manage access.
  • Deliver technical support and updates.
  • Detect, prevent and fix errors.
  • Fulfill legal obligations.
  • Perform internal analytics to improve our services.

8. Meta / WhatsApp Data

  • We only use Meta data as allowed by Meta Platform Terms.
  • We do not retain Meta data longer than necessary.
  • If you revoke permissions, we stop processing and delete the data.
  • If Meta requests data deletion or revokes permissions, we comply immediately.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy. Updates will be posted at this URL with the date of revision.

10. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Torreón, Coahuila.
